WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker could be out of action for one month for spraining left ankle, the San Antonio Express-News reported Monday.
Parker left Friday's game against the Miami Heat late in the first quarter with an ankle injury.
Parker rolled the ankle when he landed awkwardly after a drive to the basket in the loss to the Heat.
An MRI on Parker's ankle revealed a grade two sprain.
Parker's injury leaves the Spurs with only two point guards, veteran Jacque Vaughn and rookie George Hill, who has been playing with a splint on his sprained left thumb.
Vaughn did not play in the last two games.
