ISLAMABAD, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- At least 10 militants
were killed in a suspected United States missile strike in Pakistan's tribal
area on Friday, private TV channel Geo reported.
Several missiles struck a suspected Al-Qaeda hideout
in North Waziristan tribal agency bordering Afghanistan and initial reports said
10 militants were killed, said the report.
There is no immediate official confirmation about the
attack.
Pakistan's tribal areas bordering Afghanistan have
seen missile attacks by U.S. drones, triggering protest and condemnation in the
country. Pakistan has asked the U.S. to respect its sovereignty and territorial
integrity and warned of reactions to such attacks in the future.
