BUENOS AIRES, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Maradona will be
presented on Tuesday as new Argentina coach at a press conference in Ezeisa,
suburbs of Buenos Aires, said the Argentine Football Association.
Maradona, 48, will present his first lineup for a
game against Scotland in Glasgow on Nov. 19.
Maradona confirms debut against Scotland
BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- Argentine former soccer player Diego Maradona said on Thursday that he will debut as coach of the Argentine soccer national team in a friendly match against Scotland on Nov. 19 in Glasgow.
"We are going to play a match against Scotland, we are going to form the team with the best we have and then we are going to prepare the match against Venezuela in the World Cup qualifiers," Maradona said. Full story

be named to coach the Argentine soccer team, said he has enough experience to
steer a team.
"They say I do not have experience. I tell them I
have been all my life at the Argentine soccer national team and Carlos
(Bilardo)behind me supporting. More experience can not be asked," said Maradona,
one of the game's greatest players, and also one of its most troubled and
