ROME, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- An Italian military helicopter crashed near Strasbourg in eastern France on Thursday, killing all eight people on board, Italian News Agency ANSA reported.

    The HH3F helicopter was taking part in a joint training exercise coordinated by Italy and France along with a second helicopter when the accident happened.

    Rescuers said the helicopter crashed in isolated countryside and exploded on impact.
