GAZA, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Deposed Prime Minister Ismail Haneya Thursday said the recent attitude of Fatah movement's leaders concerning the Egyptian-sponsored dialogue "is not comfortable."

Egypt is mediating an inter-Palestinian dialogue, which is expected to be launched on early November, amid disputes between the two rival movements on the details of the issues that would be under negotiations.

Senior Fatah officials announced they rejected holding any bilateral negotiations with Hamas unless the latter agrees on ending its Gaza takeover and forming a national accordance government.

"We are not feeling comfortable after hearing Fatah leaders' statements over launching a comprehensive dialogue that achieves a national unity," Haneya told reporters in Gaza.

One of Fatah's leaders Ibrahim Abu el-Najja said in a statement that his movement is against holding bilateral dialogues with Hamas away from the participation of other 11 Palestinian factions.

"It's up to them (Fatah leaders). We Hamas evaluate our attitude depending on achieving the highest interests of our people," said Haneya, who did not join the Hamas delegation in the dialogue with the Egyptians in Cairo.

The comprehensive dialogue that Egypt will host early November aims at ending the current political split between the Hamas-ruled Gaza and Fatah-dominated West Bank.

The talks are also expect to tackle issues on forming a national unity government, reforming the security apparatuses of the Palestinian National Authority and reforming Palestine Liberation Organization.
