BEIJING, Oct. 6 (Xinhuanet) -- After months of
staying away from the cameras and paparazzi, Angelina Jolie made her first red
carpet appearance since giving birth to twins Knox and Vivienne, at Saturday's
New York Film Festival.
Wearing a stunning black strapless dress and
accompanied by her husband Brad Pitt, Angelina looked gorgious on the red carpet
for premiere of her movie "Changeling," a 1920's thriller directed by Clint
Eastwood.
The premiere also marks the first time the actress
has been in the United States since giving birth.
Jolie plays a mother, whose 9-year-old son is
kidnapped in Eastwood's 1920s-based drama. Jolie said, "Your worst fear is
anything happening to your kids. The reason I didn't want to do the film for a
long time ¡ every day I came home, and I was so clinging to my kids. I was
grabbing them. And checking them in the night. It scares me."
The proud mom said her older kids Maddox, 7, Pax, 4,
Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2, like doting on the twins.
Angelina told People that looking after a brood of
six was taking its toll. "We are a little bit (sleep deprived). We have some
help a couple of nights a week, so on those nights we catch up on our sleep."
When asked if she would consider adopting another
child, Jolie told reporters: "We're going to have more kids one way or another."
