Full dress rehearsal of Paralympics opening ceremony          BEIJING, Sept.  5 (Xinhua) -- A full dress rehearsal of the opening ceremony of the Beijing Paralympics was held at the Bird's Nest National Stadium on Thursday evening.          The 13th Paralympics is scheduled to open at 8:00 p.m. Saturday in stadium.
