    BEIJING, Sept. 3 (Xinhuanet) -- Reporters of the Xinhuanet.com, whose English version has its own domain name chinaview.cn, arrived at the Main Press Center of the 2008 Paralympic games  Wednesday, together with other staff members from the Xinhua News Agency, officially kicking off the coverage of the event.

    During the Beijing Paralympics, Xinhuanet.com, also known as news.cn, will provide netizens with news information in various forms, such as texts, pictures, audio and video clips, as well as mobile messages.

    The Beijing Paralympics is scheduled to begin on Sept. 6 and conclude on Sept. 17. More than 4,200 athletes from 148 countries and regions are to participate in the competition.
