    BEIJING, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Bryan Clay of the United States won the men's decathlon gold at the Olympic Games here on Friday.

    The 28-year-old collected 8791 points for the gold. Belarus' Andrei Krauchanka won the silver with 8551 points and Cuba's Leonel Suarez took the bronze with 8527.

    China's Qi Haifeng finished 18th with 7835.
