IOC advisor: Beijing sets higher standard

    BEIJING, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- "Through Internet, much more people feel enjoyment of the Beijing Olympic Games," said Richard Palfreyman, advisor of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) here on Thursday.
