    BEIJING, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- Usain Bolt effortlessly went through the men's 200m semifinals on Tuesday night at the Beijing Olympic Games.

    The 21-year-old Jamaica, who broke the men's 100m world record and won the Olympic title on Aug. 17, finished first in one of the semifinals in 20.09 seconds.

    The flamboyant Jamaican looked just jogging through the semifinal race. He said, "I like to dance and enjoy myself. I was just getting through to another round. You just can't be too serious with what you do."

    He said he would run his "heart out" in the men's 200m finals which is scheduled on Wednesday night. Bolt was regarded as being almost sure to win the 200m in Beijing, with running the first two season's bests.

    He is also the best candidate for breaking the 12-year-old world record of 19.32 seconds created by U.S. Michael Johnson at the Atlanta Olympic Games. Johnson is now in Beijing and expected to see Bolt's half-lap race.

    U.S. sprinters Shawn Crawford, Wallace Spearmon and Walter Dix will also line up for the 200m final.

    The first-time Olympian Spearmon said he loved the Beijing Olympics. "I'm getting better."

    Spearmon has competed with Bolt since 2005. "It's just another race (with Bolt)," Spearmon said. "He could be a 400m runner as well, but he's just lazy."
