    BEIJING, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- China lost to Greece 91-77 in the final match of the preliminary round, finishing fourth in Group B of the men's basketball competitions on Monday.

    China will face group leaders Lithuania from Group A in the quarterfinals on Wednesday, while Greece finished third to meet Argentina in the next game.

    Vasileios Spanoulis and Ioannis Bourousis chipped in 19 points each for Greece.

    Yao Ming had 18 points and five rebounds in over 18 minutes. He rested for most of the time in the fourth quarter when China tried to cut off the double-digit deficit.
