Organizers reschedule last two days' tennis competitions

    BEIJING, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) -- The organizers have rescheduled the timetable for the last two days of the Olympic tennis tournament on Friday after continuous rain delay.

    According to Chen Shu, chief organizer of the event, the schedule for Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, will now feature the men's singles bronze medal match, the men's doubles gold medal match, the men's doubles bronze medal match and the women's singles and doubles semifinals.

    The schedule for Sunday, Aug. 17, the last day of the tennis competition, will feature the men's singles gold medal match, the women's singles gold medal match, the women's singles bronze medal match, the women's doubles gold match, and the women's doubles bronze medal match.

    The women's singles gold medal had been expected to come out on Aug. 16.
