BEIJING, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- Farid Mansurov of Azerbaijan is very likely to retain his Olympic title as the men's Greco-Roman 66kg division wrestling takes place on Wednesday.

In the 74kg category, Yavor Yanakiev of Bulgaria is tipped as a hopeful.

Besides Mansurov, Nikolay Gergov of Bulgaria, 2005 world champ and 2007 bronze medalist, is also a favorite.

Host wrestler Li Yanyan, 2006 world champ, didn't qualify for the Olympics, but got one of the seven wildcards to get into contention.

Yanakiev is the reigning world champion in 74kg category. He will try to prove that his world title isn't a fluke.

Also in competition are Volodymyr Shatskykh of Ukraine, 2006 world champ, and Varteres Samurgashev of Russia, world champ in 2005.

Host wrestler Chang Yongxiang was the winner at the 2008 Asian championships, which qualified him for the Olympics.
