Special report: 2008 Olympic Games

BEIJING, July 30 (Xinhua) -- The temperature in Beijing is a little bit high but the air condition is just all right, not as bad as what some foreign TV reported, Poussi Kabore, swimming coach of Burkina Faso's Olympic delegation, said Wednesday at the Olympic Village.

Kabore said that before coming to China, he knew from a French TV in his country that the air condition was very bad in Beijing.

"Actually when we are here we see it's just ok, only the temperature is a little bit high," said the coach.

Kabore said the Chinese people are very friendly and helpful to him. "They are very nice and helpful. The only thing to mention is that we are trying to get used to the Chinese food," he said.

The western African nation fields six players for the Beijing Olympics. They will compete in athletics, fencing, swimming and judo.
