The National Aquatics Center, or the Water Cube, opened to athletes for training by Tuesday. The British diving team was among the first to train in the Center. “The venue is fantastic,” said Britain's diving prodigy Thomas Daley, “Everything's going well.” 14-year-old Daley is the youngest diver to compete at the Beijing Games.
