Special report: 2008 Olympic Games

    ZHENGZHOU, July 24 (Xinhua) -- The Beijing Olympic torch relay is scheduled to start on Friday in central China's Henan, the country's most populous province.

    According to the relay route, the flame will illuminate altogether four cities in Henan, including Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang and Anyang from July 25 to 28. Henan is the last fifth leg of the torch relay before the flame reaches Beijing, the host of the 2008 Olympic Games.

    A total of 832 torchbearers will take part in the 4-day relay.
