    JILIN, Northeast China, July 15 (Xinhua) -- The Beijing Olympic torch relay in Jilin, the second largest city in Northeast China's Jilin Province, kicked off at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon at City Government Square.

    The torch relay is expected to be finished at 3:40 p.m..
