Special report: 2008 Olympic Games

    HARBIN, China, July 11 (Xinhua) -- The Beijing Olympic torch relay in Harbin, capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang Province, concluded at the Sun Stone Square on the Sun Island, a famous scenic site of the city, at 11:15 in Friday morning.

    Harbin was the sacred flame's first stop in Heilongjiang Province and the relay ranged 14.86 kilometers with 208 torchbearers.

    On Saturday the Olympic torch will continue its journey in the city of Daqing, China's largest oilfield.
