Chinese top legislator visits hospital, distribution center in quake zone

    CHENGDU, May 26 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislator Wu Bangguo arrived in Chengdu, capital of quake-hit Sichuan province Monday, where he visited a hospital and a distribution center of relief materials.

    Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, immediately went to the General Hospital of the Chengdu Military Command Area upon his arrival. Full story
