Thomas Beatie, the transgender man of Oregon who got pregnant by artificial insemination, mows the lawn at his home May 18, 2008. Beatie, the world's first pregnant man, has been photographed doing his domestic chores six weeks from giving birth. Thomas and his wife Nancy have been married for five years, and have been trying to have children for two years, but Nancy is unable to bear children due to endometriosis.
