BEIJING, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Swiss Airlines will launch daily flights from Shanghai to Zurich on Saturday, the airline's Beijing Office said on Wednesday.

    The service will be the first direct China-Switzerland flights.

    Flight LX189 will take off from Shanghai at 9:15 a.m. local time and arrive in Zurich at 3:40 p.m. local time.

    Flight LX188, the return flight, will leave Zurich at 1:05 p.m. local time and arrive in Shanghai at 6:35 a.m. the next morning local time.
