    YANGON, May 5 (Xinhua) -- At least 3,939 people died and nearly 3,000 others were missing in two divisions of Yangon and Ayeyawaddy in a violent cyclone storm Nargis that swept Myanmar's five divisions and states on last Friday and Saturday, according to an updated official figures as of Monday.

    A total of 2,879 people were missing in the two divisions, official figures showed

    It is estimated that the casualties will be about 10,000 in Bogalay and at least 1,000 in Laputta in the Ayeyawaddy division alone.
