BEIJING, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Shen Deyong was appointed vice president of China's Supreme People's Court at the second session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC) on Thursday.

    Huang Zhendong was appointed director of the Credentials Committee of the NPC Standing Committee.

    The second session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee was held from Tuesday to Thursday.
