MADRID, April 12 (Xinhua) -- Spanish Prime Minister
Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero was sworn in Saturday for a second term by King
Juan Carlos during a ceremony at the Zarzuela Palace near Madrid.
Zapatero named nine female and eight male ministers
in his new government, the first time that women outnumber men in the cabinet in
Spanish history.
