    BUDSPEST, April 12 (Xinhua) -- The Hungarian Olympic Committee (MOB) on Saturday supported unanimously that Hungary's athletes should participate in the Beijing Olympics and its opening ceremony this year.

    MOB President Pal Schmitt said that boycotting the Olympics would only spoil "the greatest cultural event of the world".

    He noted that none of the Olympic boycotts had ever attained their goal.
