Chinese scientists seek answers to Gondwanaland mystery

Three Chinese researchers with the China Geological Survey Bureau conducted a series of geological inspections at the Amery Ice Shelf, the largest ice shelf in East Antarctica, on the 24th expedition to the South Pole, looking for answers to the mystery of a supercontinent called Gondwanaland. East Antarctica was part of Gondwana, the large land mass made up of the present continents of South America, Africa, Australia, and Antarctica and the subcontinent of India.
