JAKARTA, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia's state-run
oil and gas firm Pertamina announced Saturday it has increased fuel prices by
between 1.1 percent and 4.6 percent for corporate customers effective from the
same day.
Under the new price list, low-grade gasoline for
industrial uses sells at between 7,000 rupiah and 7,385 rupiah (between about77
U.S. cents and 81 cents) per liter, depending on the distribution areas in the
huge archipelago.
Diesel fuel is priced up to 8,192 rupiah (90 cents)
per liter and kerosene 8,111 rupiah (89 cents) per liter, the company said in a
statement.
Pertamina restates its fuel prices every two weeks
amid the highly volatile global oil prices. Previously, the price list is made
available monthly. ¡¡
