ISLAMABAD, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Six people in
Pakistan's tribal region were killed by mortar shells from Afghanistan, local TV
channel reported on Wednesday evening.
The six including two children were killed when five
mortar shells from Afghanistan hit a house in Pakistan's North Waziristan tribal
region, the Dawn TV reported.
But a military spokesman, who asked not to be named,
told Xinhua that four people, including two women and two children, were killed
in the unidentified attacks.
There are no further details about the
shelling.
