MANAGUA, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa asked on Thursday that Colombia's aggression against Ecuador be clearly condemned at the forthcoming Rio Group Summit "so that government never dare violate another country's sovereignty."

In a speech at Managua's presidential house Correa demanded that decisions be taken on Friday in Santo Domingo where the 20th Rio Group Summit will be held.

Correa described Colombian President Alvaro Uribe as a U.S. "puppet."

The United States has extended its support to the Colombian Army's actions that made the incursion into Ecuadorian territory on Saturday, killing some 20 guerrilla troops allegedly belonging to Colombia's Revolutionary Armed Forces (FARC).

Correa arrived on Thursday in Nicaragua in the framework of his tour to denounce Colombia's incursion into Ecuadorian territory.
