Traditional lovers' day marked in Romania

Romanian young people celebrate the trditional "Dragobete" at the Village Museum in Bucharest, Romania, Feb. 24, 2008. Falling on Feb. 24 of each year, the traditional "Dragobete" was celebrated by brands of villagers who playing instruments, dancing and singing in Romania on Sunday. "Dragobete", considered as the son of Dochia, is the patron of pure love, good will and identified as Cupid, the Roman god of love and his Creek conterpart, Eros in Romania.
