Cui Xiliang, president of the Beijing Language and Culture University of China addresses the opening ceremony of the 6th International Meeting of Higher Education in Havana, Cuba on Feb. 11, 2008. The meeting which attacted about 3500 delegates from 75 countries would focus on the current situation of college education in the 21st century and so on.
