The preliminary process fixed earlier by the government will be followed while making the whole system inclusive, under which 45 percent seats have been reserved for Madhesis and Dalits, indigenous nationalities and marginalized groups in the recruitment process.
The provision also mentioned that these groups could compete with other groups for the rest of the 55 percent.
"The government has decided to ensure proportional participation of the deprived communities in police, army and public enterprises," said Giriraj Mani Pokhrel, Minister for Health and Population.
"The cabinet meeting discussed 51 different agenda on Sunday's meeting as it was held after a long gap due to ill health of Prime Minister Koirala," Pokhrel said. ¡¡
