Buildings along Qinghai-Tibet railway win Lu Ban Award

Lhasa River Bridge, one of the architectural structures along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, has won a 2007 China Construction Lu Ban Award, the top prize in the country's construction sector. The bridge is 928.85 meters long. The award was named after Lu Ban, a legendary carpenter in ancient China. The photo was taken on July 1, 2007.
