Directed by Gavin Hood, "Wolverine X-Men: The Beginnings" is one of them.

The 1970s-set film, which has a reported budget of almost 76 million U.S. dollars, will be shot in Central Otago.

Australian actor Hugh Jackman continues in the role of Wolverine.

    Shooting starts in January.

Central Otago is located in the center of the South Island and is known for it's deep valleys and rivers.

This area's wine is gaining popularity with the vineyards becoming hot destinations and welcoming travelers from all over the world to taste their wines.
