BEIJING, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) -- He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC) and president of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD), met here on Monday with a delegation from the Vietnamese Peace and Development Foundation (VPDF).

    The delegation, led by VPDF president and former vice-president of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Binh, is here at the invitation of the CPAPD.
