BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen
Jiabao asserted in a passionate and inspiring speech on Monday that China has
jointed the world's select few powers that have the capabilities to engage in
deep-space exploration.
Chinese authorities congratulate
success of moon expedition
BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese authorities
congratulated on Monday the success of the country's first moon exploration
marked by the first picture taken by the Chang'e-1 moon orbiter. Vice Premier
Zeng Peiyan read a letter of congratulations from the central authorities at a
gathering in Beijing.
