BEIJING, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- The Information Office of the State Council of China issued here on Thursday the country's first ever white paper on its political party system.

The white paper introduces in detail the formation, main characteristics, basic contents and development of the system and its important role played in China's economic and social development.

White paper: 31,000 non-communists take official positions in China
