BEIJING, Nov. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- Britney Spears' bad luck in legal affairs seems to have resumed again, as a judge ordered the pop singer to pay 120,000 U.S. dollars in attorney fees for her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Court papers filed Tuesday show Federline filed a request on Oct. 10, asking that Spears pay 160,000 dollars in attorney fees. Kevin has paid 31,900 dollars in post-judgment attorney fees, yet still owes 154,500 dollars.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon made his ruling for Britney to pay the 120,000 dollars, citing "the notable disparity between the parties' income."

Court papers released last week show that Spears makes roughly 737,000 dollars per month and spends lavishly on clothes and entertainment.

Meanwhile, Kevin indicated that he is "self-employed as a performing artist" in his Income & Expense filing with the court, adding that he "does not earn any income."

Federline, father of 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, receives 15,000 dollars per month in child support and 20,000 dollars in spousal support from Spears.
