Photo taken on Oct. 28, 2007 shows the first civilian flight on a test fly to Ganzi at the Kangding Airport in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Sichuan province. Standing 4,280 meters above sea level, Kangding airport is the world's second in height only to the Qamdo airport of Tibet Autonomous Region. The test flight on Sunday ends the history of lacking civilian flight in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The airport was designed to handle 330,000 passengers and 1,980 tons of cargo and mail annually. The airport will not operate until May 2008.
