HONGTONG, Shanxi Province, June 18 (Xinhua) -- Five suspects have been arrested for illegally holding and deliberately injuring laborers in a north China brick kiln and forcing them to do highly intensive manual labor, Xinhua learned Monday afternoon from a central government work team investigating the case in Shanxi Province.
