BEIJING,
June 14 -- Child actor Harry Eden and newcomer Angie Ruiz will join James Bond
star Daniel Craig in the coming-of-age indie "Flashbacks of a Fool."
Craig plays an ageing movie star who returns to his
English seaside hometown for the funeral of his childhood best friend. He
experiences flashbacks to his younger days and a tragic summer that changed his
life forever.
Eden, who most recently starred as the Artful Dodger
in Roman Polanski's "Oliver Twist," will play the younger version of Craig's
character. Ruiz was named by the People en Espanol magazine as a Cara Nueva (New
Face) of 2006.
The film, which marks music video veteran Baillie
Walsh's feature directing debut, is shooting in South Africa and England.
