MACAO, June 13 (Xinhua) -- The two-day Global Gaming Expo Asia (G2E Asia) was launched here at the Macao Tower, hopefully attracting 3,000 visitors.

    The gaming show, which was co-hosted by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and the Reed Exhibitions, boasts the largest gaming event across Asia, said the organizers.

    Some 80 exhibitors participated in the event, Frank Fahrenkopf, president and chief executive officer of the AGA, said while addressing the opening ceremony.

    He in the speech hailed Macao as the gaming industry's fastest-growing market place.
