Six nations meet over Iran nuclear dispute in London

    LONDON, May 2 (Xinhua) -- Senior officials from Britain, France, Germany, the United States, Russia and China met here on Wednesday on talks over Iran nuclear dispute.

    Speaking at the meeting, China's Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Cui Tiankai reiterated China's position to resolve Iran nuclear dispute peacefully through diplomatic dialogue.

    China has supported the talks between the Europe Union and Iran, and urged all parties should act on creating conditions and atmosphere for re-negotiation, said Cui.

    He said China would continue to make relentless efforts on peaceful solution on Iran nuclear issues.
