MADRID, April 5 (Xinhua) -- Brazilian soccer star Ronaldinho on Thursday restarted training at Spanish soccer club Barcelona after recovering a fever which had kept him away from soccer since Friday.
He was one of the last players to leave the La Masia facilities at the end of free-kick practice.
Barcelona played on Saturday without Ronaldinho, beating Deportivo 2-1. He did not appear for practice on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Team doctors did not specify the cause of Ronaldinho's fever. Fellow Brazilian Deco also trained with Barcelona, despite a bandaged hand, and will play on Saturday against Zaragoza.
Barcelona manager, Holland's Frank Rijkaard, supervised the training session, which took place in the rain. Brazilian midfielder Thiago Motta left mid-session due to a pain in his right leg after practicing a tackle with Mexican defender Rafael Marquez.
