MACAO, March 25 (Xinhua) -- Edmund Ho Hau Wah, chief executive of China's Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR), Sunday sent a message to Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, congratulating him on his election as third-term chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Ho said in his message that Tsang has dedicated much to the development of the HKSAR and thus provided precious experience for the implementation of the principle of "one country, two systems."
He expressed his belief that the HKSAR will have a more prosperous future under Tsang's administration and that with joint efforts, cooperation between Hong Kong and Macao will further increase.
