BEIJING, March 23 (Xinhuanet) -- The medical examiner
and Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger announced Thursday they will hold a
joint news conference Monday to discuss the autopsy report of Anna Nicole
Smith.
Dr. Joshua Perper delayed the release of the full autopsy report after police gave him additional evidence,
though authorities have not said what that is.
Smith was found Feb. 8 in her hotel room at a tribal
casino in Hollywood, Fla. An initial autopsy report showed no immediate
indication of a drug overdose and no sign of major external injuries on the
39-year-old reality TV star.
Prosecutors have said they are not treating the case
as a homicide.
