A visitor reclines at a museum in Wolfsburg, Germany. The museum now allows patrons remain an extra hour once each week, giving them a chance to doze off in front its art collection. The practice might be a good way to enjoy World Sleep Day, which falls today. The International Foundation for Mental Health and Neuro-Science launched the day to enhance people's awareness of sleeping problems.
