Hryhory Nestor, a former shepherd,
presumed to be the world's oldest living person, celebrates his 116th
birthday in his house, in the village of Stariy Yarychiv, 30 km (18 miles)
east of the historic city of Lviv, March 15, 2007. Nestor's birthdate
makes him nearly two years older than Yone Minagawa, a Japanese woman who
turned 114 in January. (Xinhua/Reuters Photo) Photo Gallery>>> |
