The fourth plenary session of the 5th Session of the 10th National People's Congress will be held at 3pm, March 13 at the Great Hall of the People. President Xiao Yang will deliver the work report of the Supreme People's Court; Procurator-general Jia Chunwang will deliver the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Press officers from Hong Kong and Macao SAR and press officers of foreign countries in China please enter the Great Hall of the People through the first gate in the south of the Eastern Entrance with your Auditing Cards, and should be seated in area No.4 in the front and the first ten lines in area No.4 on the back or the press area of the second floor.

Journalists from China and abroad may enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Entrance with your press cards. Those who hold G2 Press Cards should be seated in area No.3, 5 and 7 in the front of the second floor while those who hold G3 Press Cards be seated on the third floor.
